Short version: we only use your details to answer you and do the job. We don't sell them, and this site doesn't track you.

What we collect
- What you send us by email, WhatsApp or text message, and the number you call from.
- What you tell us on the phone or by e-mail when arranging a visit.
- Invoice details once we've done work for you, as Slovak accounting law requires.
Why, and on what basis
To reply to your enquiry and carry out the work you ask for (steps before entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to keep invoices for the period the law requires (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into a job are deleted after 12 months. Invoices are kept for 10 years, as required by Slovak law.
Cookies and tracking
None. This site uses no analytics, no advertising cookies and no third-party fonts. It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps short-lived technical logs to protect the site from abuse.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it — just e-mail us. You can also complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
